Hematology Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Offers commercial assistance for the brand marketing strategy and tactical implementation within the US hematology portfolio.

• Support and carry out the commercial marketing plan targeting key healthcare professional segments through various channels, including media, digital, print, and omnichannel.

• Ensure that all tactics are in harmony with the brand strategy and contribute to the achievement of established KPIs and objectives.

• Utilize strong project management skills to ensure that deliverables are completed punctually, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against specified objectives and adjust plans as necessary.

• Act as the main point of contact for the management and distribution of marketing asset inventory.

• Work closely with MLR reviewers to ensure all brand materials comply with medical, legal, and regulatory standards.

• Oversee external vendors and agencies to guarantee that deliverables align with brand strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales.

• A minimum of 2 years working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or broader life sciences sector.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, and project management.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.

• Strong business acumen with a commitment to maintaining high ethical, compliance, and quality standards.

• Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently while coordinating cross-functional support.
