Hematology Account Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Engage with Hematologists and other significant Oncology stakeholders, delivering clinically focused sales messages to promote our Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody.

• Foster collaboration with various partners, including the Regional Director, Nurse Educator, Key Account Manager, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists, to proactively address customer needs.

• Cultivate strong relationships with designated accounts and specialists.

• Conduct market profiling activities to gain a comprehensive understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery systems.

• Actively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts.

• Establish a wide range of relationships within each account to comprehend their objectives, goals, and challenges.

• Exhibit a commitment to compliance by understanding relevant regulations and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is an advantage.

• At least 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with a preference for Hematology Oncology.

• Experience with buy and bill processes involving biologics is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience engaging with key thought leaders or influential customers in group practices, academic hospitals, and key institutions.

• Current account management experience targeting large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

• Strong knowledge of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.

• Capability to collaborate and coordinate activities among individuals across different reporting structures.
