This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver remote help desk support for client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, servers, routers, networks, software applications, printers, and associated equipment.
• Carry out user account creation and authorization functions.
• Implement software updates and configure drivers and settings on personal computing devices and printers.
• Offer technical assistance to clients via phone and software tools.
• Monitor client system environments and their performance.
• Timely escalate relevant technical issues as necessary.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
• Meet attendance standards.
• Undertake other assigned responsibilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT.
• Experience in mobile phone support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows 7 and 10.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory.
• Experience with Remote Desktop Services.
• Background in remote troubleshooting and help desk operations.
• Experience with networking equipment.
• Strong customer-first mentality.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
• A valid driver's license.
• Quick learner in a dynamic environment.
• Outgoing, energetic, and possess a positive attitude.
• Understanding of and ability to utilize computers effectively.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Light Serve experience is preferred.
• Ability to frequently sit at a desk.
• Frequent fine motor movements with hands and fingers.
• Continuous close visual acuity for reading tasks.
• Ability to hear and communicate effectively.
• Capability to lift, push, or pull items weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to acquire new skills, remember processes, maintain concentration, complete tasks independently, and make timely decisions.
• Ability to follow process protocols in a timely manner.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration assistance.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call and holiday schedules.
• Must agree to a post-offer background check and drug screening.
