This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Providing phone support
• Assisting with chat system inquiries
• Managing backlog effectively
• Delivering high-quality customer support
• Conducting troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Analyzing ticket backlog
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Help Desk support
• Maintaining a positive attitude and demonstrating professionalism
• Fluent proficiency in English and Portuguese
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of IT
• Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
• Opportunity for remote work (Home Office)
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 6-month contract (PJ)
