• Assist in the modernization of outdated enterprise applications by transitioning to a contemporary technology stack (e.g., based on React).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and develop user stories.
• Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis and gap analysis, and create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Business Process Models (BPMs).
• Operate within an Agile framework, overseeing project backlogs and planning sprints.
• Significant experience in modernizing legacy systems and migrating outdated applications to new technology stacks.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, user story creation, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing.
• Practical experience with enterprise applications in intricate environments (cloud + on-premise, multi-geography users).
• Solid understanding of contemporary development practices and technology workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
• Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning).
• Experience in government, banking, insurance, or large enterprise projects is preferred.
