HEDIS Performance Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Driving all HEDIS enhancement initiatives through sophisticated data analytics and insight generation.

• Oversee the creation of predictive models to identify members at risk of care gaps and prioritize outreach efforts.

• Convert complex analytical results into clear, actionable recommendations for both executive and operational stakeholders.

• Perform pre/post and longitudinal analyses to assess program effectiveness.

• Partner with Clinical, Quality, Provider Engagement, and Operations teams to ensure analytics align with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, HEDIS, or quality performance enhancement.

• Advanced analytical expertise, including experience with predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and managing large datasets.

• Proven ability to convert data into actionable insights that lead to measurable results.

• Proficient in data tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
