Heavy Equipment Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Execute a diverse array of physical labor tasks to support personnel on construction or sand depot sites.

• Safely operate hand backfill tools and equipment.

• Function in safety-sensitive construction areas and handle heavy machinery, including excavators.

• Possess the ability to read blueprints and construction plans.

• Collaborate with others and undertake any necessary tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Skilled in operating excavators and various other heavy machinery.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment is required.

• General construction experience is necessary; heavy civil experience is preferred.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license.

• Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats are essential.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools is required.

• A strong commitment to safety and a high standard of work quality are important.

• Must be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate initiative, and seek clarification when needed.
