Heavy Equipment Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional maintenance performance and optimize asset utilization within the industry.

• Identify and communicate the capital requirements for replacements and rebuilds.

• Guarantee the availability of safe and reliable heavy equipment.

• Oversee the efficient use of heavy equipment assets.

• Execute cost-saving initiatives that enhance value and align with company objectives.

• Assess the effectiveness of company programs and collect feedback for performance enhancement.

• Perform evaluations of the heavy equipment fleet and ensure compliance with maintenance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or, alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) along with 4 years of pertinent work experience.

• Experience: 3 years of training experience (in addition to educational qualifications).

• Technical/Professional Knowledge: Maintenance experience is essential.

• Required proficiency in WM maintenance processes, policies, and methods.
