This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Perform remote assessments, device fittings, and follow-up care for patients within your licensed state(s).
• Educate and support patients in maximizing the benefits of their hearing technology.
• Provide insights on new hearing care tools and workflows that enhance the patient experience.
• Work closely with our Sales Team to ensure a smooth patient journey.
• Share clinical insights with hear.com's global network, the largest independent audiology network worldwide.
• Current HIS license in CA, MN, NY, PA, or TX with over 2 years of fitting experience.
• HIS candidates must have successfully completed the International Licensing Exam (ILE), administered by the International Hearing Society (IHS).
• A patient-centric approach: empathetic, communicative, and genuinely invested in patient outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule and caseload.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to collaborate across teams in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable home internet connection: hardwired required (100+ Mbps download / 20+ Mbps upload).
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states (all related costs fully covered by hear.com).
