Healthcare Tech Consulting Manager – Epic Tapestry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with healthcare clients and stakeholders to provide innovative and tailored technical solutions that align with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions that enhance the effective utilization of Epic systems.

• Offer guidance on workflow design, system upgrades, changes, and ongoing maintenance.

• Recognize opportunities for system optimization and enhancements.

• Conduct meetings with stakeholders at all levels efficiently and effectively by developing clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes, and ensuring that follow-ups are tracked and completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience in the field.

• Current Epic Tapestry certification along with extensive knowledge of related products and solutions.

• Additional certifications such as Tapestry Essentials/ITB, Claims, Contracts, AP, Eligibility & Enrollment, Benefits Engine, Referrals, Authorization, and CRM are preferred.

• Over 5 years of Epic experience in providing consulting services within hospitals and healthcare systems.

• Relevant project management experience associated with Epic certifications and operational workflows.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness and capability to travel as needed, although high-level services may sometimes be provided remotely.

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization is required.
