This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of Nebius and its value proposition to our clients.
• Take ownership of and expand your designated territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the region/territory.
• Assist Account Executives in qualifying and prioritizing opportunities from an HCLS and compliance perspective.
• Lead and facilitate strategic conversations with companies in Digital Health, Medical Devices, and Imaging.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization, positioning our AI and cloud solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering engagement and long-term partnerships.
• Identify prospects for the application of AI/ML, HPC, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate account strategies, value messaging, and proposal content that will help close deals and achieve revenue objectives.
• Assist in qualifying and prioritizing opportunities through an HC&LS and compliance lens.
• Support intricate deal cycles where domain expertise and regulatory knowledge are essential.
• Showcase the benefits of AI and cloud solutions through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Represent Nebius at regional and industry events as well as customer meetings.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
• Accurately forecast; advance deals through the Salesforce sales process and meet ACV/activity targets.
• Proven Experience: Over 8 years in B2B sales, particularly in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a strong hunter mentality.
• Enthusiasm and eagerness to thrive in a startup environment, making a direct impact on the company's growth.
• Proficient in selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.
• Strong commercial awareness: value mapping, negotiation, multi-year deals, and executive-level storytelling.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a demonstrated record of consistent growth against quotas.
• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• 5-10 years of experience in hospital, medical device, manufacturing, healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences, preferably in healthcare, business, consulting, GTM, product, or pre-sales roles.
• In-depth knowledge of European and UK healthcare systems, startups, their business processes, scientific data workflows, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to convey complex scientific and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment, ideally selling cloud, AI/ML, or HPC solutions.
• Exposure to SaaS models or cloud infrastructure sales.
• Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level clients.
