• Overseeing the complete recruitment process for healthcare and patient-facing positions, which includes advertising job openings, sourcing candidates, evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, conducting phone screenings, extending job offers, performing reference checks, and submitting background checks along with Provider credentialing information.
• Assisting and guiding new hires throughout the onboarding journey, ensuring compliance with any role-specific credentialing or requirements.
• Collaborating with hiring managers, clinical leaders, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to grasp role specifications and crafting engaging job advertisements that appeal to healthcare professionals.
• Delivering timely and transparent updates to candidates about interview and hiring statuses, ensuring a high-touch experience tailored to a competitive healthcare talent landscape.
• Tracking and maintaining recruitment metrics and reports, focusing on time-to-fill targets for roles critical to patient care.
• Analyzing the healthcare hiring landscape, including the availability of talent in telehealth and virtual care, to develop innovative sourcing strategies and enhance our recruiting initiatives.
• Engaging in weekly meetings to update team(s) and hiring managers on recruitment activities and candidate pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a healthcare, telehealth, or patient services context.
• Proficient background in various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with the ability to navigate high-volume hiring processes comfortably.
• Experience in conducting phone screenings, collaborating with clinical and operational hiring managers, and confidently recommending candidates.
• Skilled in using Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and HRIS platforms commonly utilized in healthcare environments (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG).
• Capability to work remotely and support distributed teams across different time zones.
• Ability to exercise sound, unbiased judgment when assessing candidates across diverse healthcare and patient-facing roles.
• Experience in drafting or refining job descriptions related to healthcare, patient support, or care coordination roles.
• In-house recruiting experience within a healthcare organization, health-tech firm, or telehealth service provider.
• Aptitude for managing competing priorities across multiple job requisitions, with clear and proactive communication to clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Quick learner regarding role-specific nuances, including terminology, compliance factors, and scope-of-practice distinctions in healthcare functions.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments such as Clinical Operations, Compliance, Patient Experience, and Finance.
• Hourly Rate: $45-50/hour DOE
