Healthcare Production Support Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Continuously monitoring and engaging in coding activities throughout the day to ensure efficient issue resolution.

• Manage production stability, oversee critical workflows, and handle time-sensitive operations, including processing from early morning to evening and activities that are critical to SLA compliance.

• Collaborate closely with business units, compliance, and customer-facing teams to identify needs, facilitate discussions, and drive the resolution of issues and enhancements to systems.

• Offer guidance to offshore production support teams that are responsible for clinical, PHM, and MCO application ecosystems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience required, demonstrating both technical and functional skills—monitoring as well as debugging code.

• 60% of the role involves Production Support/Monitoring.

• 40% of the role involves Development in .Net and SSIS as necessary.

• Practical experience with SSIS, .NET, and C# for code modifications as required.

• Responsible for Production Support to resolve incidents.

• Comprehend the technical aspects of batch interfaces.

• Excellent communication skills to report to leadership in an appropriate manner.

• More than 7 years of experience working with healthcare technology platforms.

• Familiarity with SOPs; capable of creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Collaborate with the necessary teams to ensure that issues are addressed effectively.

• Experience with data integrations, ETL pipelines, and real-time system interactions.

• Strong SQL skills, solid analytical abilities, and the capacity to work with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.

• Demonstrated experience in guiding onshore and offshore staff, effectively communicating with business stakeholders, and functioning within structured SDLC and Agile environments.

• Available anytime from 7 AM to 10 PM while jobs are in operation.
