
Healthcare Partner – Enterprise Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead business development for Strategy initiatives within the designated territory/market
• Guide advisory and delivery teams on transformative client engagements with significant impact
• Cultivate a portfolio of business through effective senior client relationship management
• Achieve sales and generate a minimum of $10 million annually in true strategy consulting and core strategy competency work
• Lead teams comprising consulting experts and advisory personnel to manage key accounts
• Supervise and enhance contract growth
• Offer expertise and extensive experience in shaping the client vision and C-Suite agenda
• Drive client management and promote growth in performance excellence
• Engage, manage, and strengthen relationships with client CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and other senior executives
• At least 15 years of experience in Healthcare Business Strategy consulting at the executive level within healthcare organizations
• Proven leader capable of guiding client and consulting teams towards exceptional strategy deliverables
• 15+ years of experience, with over 10 years of progressive leadership in a health system(s) or Management Consulting firm
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the healthcare ecosystem
• Successful track record in reorganizing and integrating services and functions
• Demonstrated ability to create strategic frameworks that enhance quality
• Proactive, results-driven, and possess a 'take charge' approach
• Strong negotiation and compromise skills are essential
• Impressive executive presence along with a professional image and presentation
• A collaborative team player; thrives in a highly team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required (master's degree preferred)
