This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide disciplinary leadership and foster the development of a team.
• Identify and cultivate potential clients including medical care facilities, outpatient surgery centers, wound care centers, retailers, homecare services, national nursing organizations, and healthcare provider groups.
• Establish connections with physician associations (specifically those accredited by SHI), health insurance companies, and physician networks, while managing ongoing communication with stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and execution of national networking initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market conditions, and competitive landscapes, while identifying emerging trends in the healthcare sector and implementing strategic actions.
• Be responsible for the cultivation and development of Key Opinion Leaders in the Health & Medical field, with a focus on the medical business sector.
• Develop a framework for POMs and HMMs in close collaboration with the HM Public Affairs & Market Access team.
• A completed degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in sales, specifically in Key Account Management.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present convincingly and authentically to various hierarchical levels and target groups.
• Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3–7 full-time employees.
• Strong lateral and disciplinary leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
• Active involvement in health-policy networks.
• Comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the healthcare market.
• High level of assertiveness, self-organization, and self-motivation.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual abilities.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and flexible with a strong willingness to travel nationally (80%), including overnight stays.
• Valid class B driver's license.
• Business-fluent in German.
• Proficient in English at the B2 level.
