📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls and address patient inquiries promptly and politely.

• Confirm patients' insurance details, personal information, and co-payments.

• Schedule and reschedule appointments utilizing the scheduling system.

• Provide patients with details regarding available services.

• Accurately input and update patient information in the scheduling system with meticulous attention to detail.

• Keep precise and up-to-date records of patient appointments, medical requirements, and preferences.
