This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Serves as the regional strategic Access Leader within the German Market Access division.

• Accountable for the design and execution of innovative healthcare delivery and access initiatives.

• Enhances patient pathways while actively engaging essential stakeholders.

• Develops and implements region-specific, product-focused, and indication-specific care initiatives.

• Actively works to expand and fortify existing healthcare networks.

• A university degree in health economics, natural sciences, business/economics, or a relevant equivalent professional background.

• Professional qualifications in accordance with § 75 of the German Medicines Act (Arzneimittelgesetz, AMG).

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Market Access, health policy, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong understanding of the German healthcare system, reimbursement mechanisms, and regulatory environment.

• Comprehensive knowledge of health policy and the legal frameworks governing the economic utilization of medicines.

• Experience in strategic, cross-regional collaboration with key decision-makers.

• Proven track record of working in cross-functional teams.

• Strong strategic acumen and exceptional project management skills.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities in both German and English.
