This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for overseeing a Product Collection Program at a client site as part of the recycling initiative.
• Offers inspection services to clients, which includes conducting collection bin inspections, gathering data through a mobile application, and preparing full containers for shipment.
• Compiles weekly reports via mobile app that detail activities and collaborates with the client to enhance program efficiencies.
• Executes project billing and manages cost tracking operations as required.
• Keeps track of inventory for supplies necessary to perform inspections.
• Obtains and maintains credentials to deliver services at client locations.
• Completes all required training provided by Arcwood.
• Provides customer assistance during off hours as necessary.
• Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned to support the team and the organization.
• High-school diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Prior work experience (mandatory); experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License and dependable transportation for travel between customer sites (mandatory).
