Healthcare Customer Service Representative, RN

📋 Description

• The Healthcare Customer Service Representatives address customer inquiries by discovering innovative solutions to a variety of questions, issues, and concerns.

• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to effectively resolve their inquiries.

• Calmly strive to address and de-escalate any issues that arise.

• Escalate interactions when deemed necessary and appropriate.

• Respond to requests for assistance and/or potential payment processing.

• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.

• Provide insights on call-related issues.

• Upsell when required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree (RN) is required.

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in healthcare or customer service is necessary.

• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute is essential.

• Proficiency with desktop computer systems and a general understanding of Windows-based systems is required.

• An Active License for the RN position is mandatory.

• Proof of education/experience for the CNA/CMA role is required; an active license is preferred.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a call center environment, as this position is not patient-facing.
