Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide written assistance to our customers through email, addressing their inquiries promptly, courteously, and with a focus on finding solutions.

• You will oversee seamless operational processes, including customer transitions and inquiries regarding invoices and tariffs.

• You will manage smooth operational workflows, such as supplier modifications or questions about billing and tariffs, as well as back-office processes related to contract management.

• You will identify practical and sustainable solutions in dispute scenarios, employing both tact and efficiency.

• You will directly resolve complex issues in collaboration with other electricity suppliers, grid operators, or metering point operators.

• You possess knowledge of energy sector topics (e.g., market communication, EDIFACT).

• You will work independently, propose ideas for process enhancements, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service quality.

• You have some experience in customer service, particularly in written communication channels (e.g., email support, ticketing systems).

• You work proactively, with a solution-oriented mindset, and maintain a structured approach even during busy times.

• You enjoy collaborating within a team and are enthusiastic about playing a role in shaping a dynamic start-up environment.

• You possess excellent German language skills (C1) and good command of English (at least B2).
