This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Assist with incoming calls from members
• Provide support over the phone
• Focus on achieving first call resolution
• Effectively handle and respond to customer inquiries
• Submit requests to appropriate departments to avoid recurring issues
• Ensure quick response and resolution of escalated inquiries
• Continuously enhance knowledge of the Vitality program and identify areas for improvement to enrich our members’ experience
• Detect issues or gaps in existing processes and contribute to developing innovative solutions
• Monitor, analyze, and report on enhancements to current processes
• Communicate verbally and/or in writing to both internal staff and external audiences
• Educate customers about the program and website navigation
• Record submitted events
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Strong communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Capability to manage multiple priorities
• Customer-oriented and responsive
• High School Diploma
• **Preferred**
• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Background in health or wellness
