Customer Support Specialist, German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.

• Diagnose and resolve customer issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.

• Work in partnership with other departments to escalate and solve complex problems.

• Oversee the customer engagement platform.

• Gather customer feedback on our platform to aid in further development by the Product and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in native-level German, both spoken and written.

• Previous experience in customer service or similar roles focused on customer satisfaction.

• Digitally adept, with a willingness to utilize AI tools.

• Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with Intercom is an advantage.

• A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills, capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
