This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Handle a significant volume of incoming customer calls with a patient and approachable attitude.
• Deliver extensive support to clients by resolving issues related to hardware tech support, administrative updates, replacements, and claims inquiries.
• Precisely document all customer interactions and details within the Salesforce CRM system.
• Effectively troubleshoot in real-time while engaging with customers and taking notes.
• Refer complex issues to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Support new clients throughout the onboarding and setup process.
• Respond to frequently asked questions and guide customers towards appropriate resources.
• Previous experience in a phone-based inbound customer service role.
• High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to multitask efficiently, including typing and navigating systems during calls.
• A communication style that is patient, empathetic, and confident.
• Experience in a healthcare, Medicare, or medical device environment is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of supporting elderly or Medicaid patient populations is a considerable advantage.
• Full-time position that is completely remote.
