HealthCare Customer Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Respond to incoming inquiries from customers.

• Perform research to provide solutions for customers to resolve their concerns.

• Minimum of one year experience in customer service.

• At least a Senior High School Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Ability to recognize, apply, and articulate knowledge of your product or service.

• Proficient computer skills.

• For remote positions – maintain a high-speed internet connection (greater than 20mbps).
