• Handle a substantial volume of interactions while upholding quality and professionalism.

• Adhere to a fixed schedule, including specified breaks and lunches.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness towards customer needs.

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications.

• A designated home workspace free from distractions.

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum of 25 mbps).
