This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients.
• Oversee both incoming and outgoing communications.
• Address inquiries effectively using web-based tools.
• Guarantee a smooth and positive customer experience.
• Interact with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Calmly strive to resolve and de-escalate issues.
• Escalate situations when necessary.
• Monitor call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Upsell when required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
• Customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
