This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with potential clients and leads through phone, email, and fax to assist them in scheduling therapy sessions.
• Connect with clients on the waitlist and facilitate matching them with appropriate therapists according to their specific needs.
• Address inbound inquiries while proactively pursuing missed or prospective opportunities.
• Foster trust through compassionate and thoughtful conversations, especially with individuals in sensitive situations.
• Accurately record client information and interactions in real-time using internal systems.
• Gather and confirm demographic, insurance, and referral details to ensure suitable client placement.
• Utilize EHR systems for scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and updating client information.
• Present and advocate for our services to referral sources such as healthcare providers, clinics, and other organizations.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and referral networks to promote steady business growth.
• Consistently achieve and surpass both individual and team sales objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in U.S. healthcare or mental health services.
• Experience in a remote work or BPO environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of U.S. insurance eligibility is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher, both written and spoken).
• Confident in sales discussions, with the capability to influence and guide decision-making.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple responsibilities independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable with uncertainty and able to adapt to changing processes.
• Empathetic and equipped to assist clients who may be experiencing emotional or mental distress.
• Quick to master new tools and systems (e.g., EHRs, Google Workspace, CRMs, communication platforms).
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and outbound outreach (including cold calling).
• Self-driven, resilient, and capable of maintaining momentum in a dynamic environment.
