This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Contact and send emails to healthcare providers to invite them to participate.
• Schedule research calls based on the availability of the provider.
• Document outreach activities and maintain tracking systems.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in all communications.
• Support team members on outreach and research projects.
• Engage in quality assurance discussions and team meetings.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within the healthcare sector.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Organized and efficient in daily outreach activities.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce (preferred); knowledge of Calendly is a plus.
• Comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback.
