Healthcare Consulting Manager – Physician Enterprise Access & Consumer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex multi-workstream projects while guiding junior team members.

• Evaluate data to drive performance enhancements and facilitate organizational transformations.

• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members through training, oversight, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in project leadership and workplan management, particularly in performance improvement within medical groups or ambulatory settings.

• Background in healthcare operations or medical group leadership, with an emphasis on process re-engineering, performance enhancement, change management, ambulatory operations, physician compensation, patient access, or physician integration.

• Experience in project leadership and management of complex design and implementation within a consulting environment, focusing on post-acute care, physician, or medical group performance improvement.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.
