Healthcare Consulting Manager – Physician Enterprise Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate multi-workstream projects and mentor junior team members.

• Evaluate data to drive performance enhancements and facilitate organizational change.

• Partner with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Guide and nurture team members through training, oversight, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Over 6 years of experience in project leadership and workplan management, with an emphasis on performance improvement in medical group or ambulatory settings.

• Background in healthcare operations or medical group leadership, particularly in process re-engineering, performance enhancement, change management, ambulatory operations, physician compensation, patient access, or physician integration.

• Proven experience in project leadership and complex design and implementation management within a consulting environment, concentrating on post-acute, physician, or medical group performance improvement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is required.
