Healthcare Consulting Manager – Inpatient CDI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate multi-workstream projects while supervising junior team members.

• Evaluate data to facilitate performance enhancement and organizational transformation.

• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members through training, oversight, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in Nursing with certifications in CCDS is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting (ICU, Med/Surg, ER is essential).

• A minimum of 5 years in a role focused on clinical documentation integrity.

• Relevant background in a project-based operations performance improvement capacity within a hospital/clinical environment or consulting firm.

• At least 1 year of experience managing significant projects for large, complex healthcare organizations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

• US Work Authorization is necessary.
