Healthcare Consulting Manager – Clinical Enterprise, Periop

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate multi-workstream projects while mentoring junior team members.

• Evaluate data to drive performance enhancements and facilitate organizational transformation.

• Work collaboratively with team members and clients to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Effectively communicate with project teams and stakeholders.

• Guide and develop team members through training, supervision, and constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in project leadership and workplan management within a clinical enterprise, particularly focusing on perioperative services.

• Experience in healthcare operations leadership with a focus on overseeing perioperative services, including process re-engineering, performance enhancement, financial and operational optimization, quality and safety initiatives, as well as enterprise-level change management.

• Proven project leadership experience in a consulting environment, managing complex design and implementation initiatives specific to perioperative services, and leading multi-disciplinary teams through all phases of engagement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Willingness to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project needs. While travel requirements may fluctuate, the current average travel within the Healthcare practice is less than 50% annually.
