⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential.

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare project leadership and workplan management.

• Proven clinical leadership experience as a nurse.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Willingness to travel based on client, enterprise, or project requirements.

• Direct supervisory experience of individuals and teams is required.

• Relevant graduate degree is preferred (e.g., MSN, MBA, MA).
