Healthcare Consulting Director – Clinical Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide teams in intricate performance enhancement projects, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing to ensure favorable client results.

• Utilize analytical and critical thinking abilities to quantify advantages, recognize risks, and formulate solutions for performance improvement efforts.

• Effectively communicate to grasp client challenges, craft tailored solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals.

• Cultivate robust relationships and spearhead change initiatives, showcasing expertise in change management and fostering positive transformations in complex settings.

• Lead and nurture teams, including defining roles, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while uncovering business development opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 8 years of consulting and/or performance improvement experience within healthcare, specifically in hospital operations.

• Proven experience in directing a hospital department, managing team-based projects focused on process re-engineering, performance enhancement, and change management, or in leadership roles within hospital departments.

• Experience in project leadership and managing complex design and implementation within a consulting firm, with a focus on enhancing care coordination and consistency, as well as reducing length of stay and readmissions.

• Direct supervisory experience with both individuals and teams.

• Willingness to travel as required by client, enterprise, or project demands is a crucial aspect of this role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
