Healthcare Consulting Associate – Physician Enterprise Access & Consumer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to create and implement effective solutions.

• Utilize critical thinking abilities in both data gathering and intricate analysis to formulate recommendations.

• Clearly summarize information and present findings to various levels of leadership.

• Directly supervise junior project team members, including providing coaching, mentorship, leading teams, and offering constructive feedback.

• Deliver customized solutions that address each client’s specific requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement within a team-oriented environment, ideally in healthcare or consulting.

• Experience in operations or leadership roles within medical group settings, with an emphasis on process enhancement and change management.

• Project leadership experience in consulting, concentrating on performance improvement.

• Willingness and ability to travel weekly, up to 80% of the time.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• US Work Authorization is mandatory.
