This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to create and execute effective solutions by utilizing established methodologies and best practices.
• Apply critical thinking skills in data collection and complex analyses to identify data gaps and risks, leading to sound conclusions and actionable, sustainable recommendations for enhancement.
• Concisely summarize information and present findings and recommendations to various levels of leadership at Huron and client organizations.
• Provide direct oversight to junior project team members, including coaching and mentorship, leading teams, and offering feedback through performance management processes.
• Deliver customized solutions that address each client’s specific needs, improving both impact and accessibility of healthcare services.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement within a team-based environment, ideally in healthcare or consulting.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of manipulating and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and discrepancies, and formulating actionable recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle operations, including charge capture within hospital systems, health systems, and/or physician enterprise environments.
• A basic understanding of clinical charging workflows, charge entry practices, and billing processes.
• Proven experience managing complex projects within a client setting.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical findings into insights for both internal and operational stakeholders.
• Capacity to manage multiple client engagements or workstreams simultaneously.
• A commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction.
• Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• The ability to travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is a fundamental aspect of this role. While travel requirements may fluctuate based on business needs, the average travel in the Healthcare practice is currently less than 50% annually.
• Exposure to SQL is preferred.
