Healthcare Consulting Associate – Clinical Enterprise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to devise and implement effective solutions utilizing established methodologies and best practices.

• Apply critical thinking abilities in data collection and complex analysis to identify data gaps and risks, leading to sound conclusions and actionable, sustainable recommendations for improvement.

• Concisely summarize information and present findings and recommendations to various levels of Huron and client leadership.

• Offer direct supervision to junior project team members, including coaching, mentorship, team leadership, and performance feedback.

• Provide solutions that are customized to each client’s specific needs, enhancing both the impact and accessibility of healthcare services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project implementation or process improvement within a team-oriented environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting.

• Relevant operations or leadership experience supervising a hospital department or team-based projects, with a focus on process re-engineering, performance improvement, change management, department operations, or value-based care.

• Experience in project leadership and design, as well as implementation management within a consulting firm, specifically in inpatient performance improvement.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
