This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Panama.
• Manage a portfolio of Assisted Living communities located in California as the designated Primary or Secondary Care Partner.
• Oversee the outbound workflow, which includes callbacks, follow-ups, confirmations, and proactive outreach.
• Utilize AI tools to review and reconcile medication records.
• Identify and report drug interactions, dosage issues, and medication discrepancies to clinical teams.
• Ensure that facility census data is accurate and up-to-date across AllCare systems.
• Directly confirm provider schedules with facility contacts.
• Manage patient documentation, coordinate deliveries, and update cycles with pharmacy partners.
• Follow up on AI Concierge tasks, resolve outstanding issues, and engage in proactive outreach to facilities and families.
• Collaborate with Routing, Clinic, and Launch Lead teams to guarantee timely assignment and closure of requests.
• Appropriately escalate issues to the Lead or Director.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for facilities, residents, and families supported by AllCare.ai's AI-driven healthcare delivery platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a healthcare-related discipline, such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a similar clinical field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare, patient services, clinical operations, pharmacy, healthcare administration, medical customer service, or US-facing healthcare/BPO.
• Recent graduates in a healthcare-related field with strong English communication skills and a customer-first approach will be considered.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; a neutral accent is preferred, with clarity and warmth being essential.
• Must be based in Panama with valid work authorization.
• Availability for the US holiday calendar and US Pacific week is required.
• Familiarity with CRM, task management, communication platforms, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to maintain composure under pressure.
• Reliable home internet connection, quiet workspace, and a dedicated laptop setup suitable for remote voice work.
• Preferred: Previous experience with US clients, knowledge of US pharmacy workflows, US drug brand names, and basics of US insurance.
• Preferred: Experience in a Primary/Secondary account coverage model or named-account service model.
• Base salary: $800-$1000 USD/month.
• Monthly performance bonus linked to SLA adherence, customer satisfaction, and task resolution metrics.
