This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research and address inquiries related to the Affordable Care Act (ACA)
• Analyze inquiries to formulate appropriate responses
• Perform in-depth research on complex policy and programmatic requirements
• Compose written responses in clear, accessible language
• Maintain documentation for each case to outline research conducted and the corresponding inquiry response
• Utilize the inquiry response system and database to find relevant data points
• Recognize areas for enhancement and apply constructive feedback
• Detect inquiry trends and suggest new language or revise existing content in the inquiry response knowledgebase
• Manage case triage, assess escalation needs, and document outcomes
• Propose process enhancements aimed at boosting productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document inquiry responses in light of regulatory changes
• Evaluate team members’ inquiry responses for quality and precision
• Engage in client meetings and take detailed notes
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of pertinent full-time experience in research, analysis, writing, and/or customer service
• 2+ years of experience in managing written and verbal inquiries concerning health care, the ACA, and/or related matters
• Advanced skills in researching intricate policy and/or programmatic requirements
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills for customer service
• Experience in using plain language to create written responses
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Relevant experience in triaging, routing, and resolving inquiries
• The candidate must be eligible for Public Trust clearance
• The candidate must have resided in the United States for at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years.
