Health System Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote Radiometer’s products and services to Integrated Delivery Networks.

• Develop and implement targeted plans for IDNs to achieve consistent growth in installed base and core metrics year-over-year.

• Cultivate relationships with key financial, clinical, and operational leaders within health systems.

• Analyze customer challenges and present outcome-oriented solutions.

• Formulate and manage strategic business plans to drive year-over-year success within each health system.

• Utilize the Danaher Business System and Sales Standard Work tools to spearhead sales initiatives with local regional teams.

• Offer a comprehensive overview of account activities to guarantee high-quality and consistent customer service.

• Adjust strategies and escalate issues to leadership as necessary.

• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to synchronize local teams with the broader objectives of the health system.

• Provide indirect coaching, mentoring, and leadership to sales representatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales and/or sales management experience with large accounts.

• Proven experience in developing relationships with VP and C-level executives.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Established capability to deliver executive-level presentations in a clear, concise, and accurate manner.

• Willingness to travel 60% or more, including overnight trips.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Previous experience in capital equipment sales is preferred.

• Familiarity with hospital operating financials and healthcare economics is also preferred.
