Health System Account Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Assist the field sales team in providing an exceptional experience to customers.

• Manage customer relationships and enhance existing business accounts.

• Support customer satisfaction efforts and address significant customer concerns.

• Facilitate effective communication between customers and various departments.

• Execute sales and administrative responsibilities under the guidance of a supervisor.

• Negotiate or navigate through the contracting process.

• Engage with customers to showcase products or services.

• Collaborate with the sales team on customer roadmaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% by car.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written.

• Energetic self-starter with a passion for customer service.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Previous experience in healthcare or distribution is preferred.
