• Provide exceptional service to your assigned client portfolio

• Conduct meetings in person or through video, phone, and email channels

• Create a proactive communication strategy to grasp client requirements

• Offer commercially viable and profitable guidance

• Promote the utilization of Mentor’s digital and self-service platforms

• Drive business expansion through referrals and networking opportunities

• Lead meetings focused on new business prospects

• Collaborate effectively with the Consultancy Delivery team

• Maintain a strategic contact plan for your portfolio

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Professional qualifications in Health and Safety

• Technical Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (TechIOSH)

• Significant experience in a Health and Safety-related role

• Proven background in providing advice on complex issues

• Extensive experience in identifying client needs

• Capability to identify and spearhead business solutions

• Excellent time management abilities

• Adaptable approach to meet customer demands

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
