Health Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Collaborate on promotional science-driven brand messages that assist healthcare professionals in addressing patient needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a smooth (compliant) reactive-only connection to Pfizer subject matter experts and resources.

• Oversee the onboarding process for customers to adapt to new operating models and platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal).

• Possess a deep understanding of customer preferences regarding content and channels to facilitate an optimal customer experience.

• Manage, track, and achieve key performance indicators, including both financial and non-financial metrics such as activity versus target and call coverage plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred in Science or a healthcare-related field (e.g., pharmacist, nurse).

• 2-3 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in the local language (Thai) is required.
