This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of frameworks, plans, policies, and protocols that unify and enhance the delivery of health services.

• Create and maintain new operational plans (instructions and SOPS) related to CMS care, consolidating existing documentation into a cohesive framework while proactively identifying gaps that can be addressed through operational and tactical plans.

• Investigate, understand, and apply pertinent federal policies, guidance, and regulations at both the federal and state levels to effectively respond to inquiries using analytical writing skills.

• Examine technical documents and statements of work to pinpoint potential challenges, and formulate draft responses and/or solutions to these challenges.

• Comprehend organization-specific datasets.

• Conduct data analyses to draft policy help desk responses to routine and ad hoc queries regarding health systems and regulatory compliance in a manner that is comprehensible to non-technical stakeholders.

• Leverage various information systems to validate and verify data by comparing and analyzing information from multiple sources, reporting findings in a meaningful format.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders.

• Record decisions and approved language in a knowledge repository.

• Collaborate with systems development experts to maintain tools and applications necessary to meet project requirements.

• Exhibit a robust commitment to excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health policy, health systems management, public policy, public administration, business management (with an analytical focus), or a related field.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• 1-3 years of experience in federal consulting.

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Exceptional communication and writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects during peak seasonal periods.

• Capacity to assimilate large volumes of new technical and policy information with minimal guidance.
