📋 Description

• Proactively pursue advancements in our industry and create innovative solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of researchers.

• Collaborate effectively with project teams to deliver technical expertise in programming and project planning.

• Engage in user group meetings to gather and refine program requirements and evaluate space usage.

• Convey planning concepts to project teams and stakeholders, both verbally and through graphic and written reports, while working closely with architectural designers to enhance plans that align with the owners’ objectives.

• Simplify planning concepts into clear terms for clients, designers, and project team members.

• Contribute to the formulation, modification, and/or assessment of planning concepts and solutions.

• Support the creation of architectural drawings and specifications to convert planning concepts into project documentation for construction.

• Aid in developing project scope, planning, and services throughout the contract process.

• Integrate Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.

• Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients.

• May offer guidance and insights to other designers and project leaders.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field is required.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 2 years serving as a subject matter expert on healthcare projects.

• Current licensure or registration in the United States is preferred.

• LEED accreditation is preferred.

• Familiarity with building codes and regulations is necessary.

• Must have practical knowledge and experience, while striving to gain higher-level insights.

• Strong analytical skills are essential.

• Independent thinking is required.

• Ability to engage with clients, possessing strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Essential strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and the ability to establish rapport with both project teams and clients.

• Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam is required.

• Professional business attire is mandatory for all client meetings.

• Willingness to travel is required.
