This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation, development, and enhancement of enterprise clinical performance dashboards (such as utilization, care management effectiveness, access metrics, and quality performance).

• Generate recurring and ad-hoc analytics utilizing SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

• Convert intricate clinical datasets into strategic insights for executive leadership, operational teams, and quality stakeholders.

• Set data validation standards to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and integrity across reporting environments.

• Act as a senior subject-matter expert in clinical analytics methodologies, performance measurement, and reporting best practices.

• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to define KPIs that align with enterprise performance objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in public health, data analytics, health informatics, business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

• More than 3 years of experience with healthcare plan datasets, including claims, utilization management/prior authorization, care management, and quality measures.

• Strong comprehension of clinical workflows, utilization and network management analytics, and healthcare economics.

• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into insights suitable for executive-level decision-making and operational recommendations.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and strategic problem-solving.

• Self-motivated individual capable of independently managing multiple priorities.
