This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Actively engaging with clients and team members to cultivate and maintain positive, productive working relationships.
• Monitoring device readings and reaching out to clients to assess if they need additional support or intervention.
• Managing incoming calls and overseeing all alarm signal activities.
• Placing outbound calls to connect with customers, emergency contacts, and Police/Fire/EMS in relation to alarm events.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Verifying demographic information and other pertinent data, entering patient details into the appropriate systems.
• Responding to routine inquiries and communicating information and messages to relevant health professionals, agencies, departments, and other necessary individuals or groups.
• Ensuring access to and safeguarding sensitive materials.
• Clarifying product or service details and addressing customer inquiries.
• Keeping precise records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Diagnosing device issues and reporting malfunctions to guarantee that units receive the required maintenance.
• A High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional or healthcare medical experience is required.
• Certification as an LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Experience in a Call Center environment is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• A dynamic work pace paired with a positive demeanor is necessary.
• Self-driven with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are required.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
