This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Interacting daily with clients and colleagues to cultivate and maintain positive and productive working relationships.
• Monitoring device metrics and reaching out to clients to assess whether they need additional intervention or assistance.
• Handling inbound calls, managing all incoming alarm signal activities, and taking appropriate actions accordingly.
• Initiating outbound calls to connect with customers, emergency contacts, and Police/Fire/EMS regarding alarm-related activities.
• Adhering to standard operating procedures.
• Verifying demographic and related data, and entering patient information into the appropriate systems.
• Responding to routine inquiries and communicating information and messages to relevant health professionals, agencies, departments, and other parties requiring notification.
• Ensuring access to and the security of sensitive materials.
• Describing products or services and addressing questions from customers.
• Keeping precise records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and providing support to existing clients.
• High School Diploma is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of related professional or healthcare medical experience is required.
• LPN/CNA/Medical Assistant certification is preferred.
• Previous Call Center experience is preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• A dynamic pace coupled with a positive attitude is important.
• Self-motivation and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively with teams are necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
