This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clinical, operational, and technical teams for clinical informatics project initiatives.
• Oversee client-facing requirements gathering and analysis efforts.
• Conduct information modeling and process documentation for systems designed to capture or standardize health and clinical data.
• Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of clinical workflow, configuration, safety, interoperability, and data quality challenges associated with Oracle Health during Go-Live and PGL Operations.
• Direct user acceptance testing, including planning, oversight of execution, and tracking of defect resolution.
• Manage data quality initiatives and rectify data errors and integrity problems.
• Assist with reporting and analytics requirements and propose enhancements to reporting processes.
• Assess, refine, and sustain clinical decision support content, terminology updates, and alignment of knowledge artifacts.
• Provide mentorship to junior informatics personnel on requirements practices, documentation standards, and artifact quality.
• Facilitate integration management by updating guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures as workflows, systems, and Oracle Health interfaces progress.
• Update stakeholders on informatics insights, risks, and suggested remediation strategies.
• A bachelor's degree is required; alternatively, six years of specialized experience may substitute for the degree.
• At least eight years of experience is required, with a minimum of six years in specialized roles.
• Specialized experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, user acceptance testing, and documentation or development of artifacts for systems that capture or standardize health, clinical, therapeutic discovery, medical research, or life sciences data.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management in a client-facing requirements role.
• Ability to work autonomously or under general supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Expert knowledge of SharePoint Online, Office 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Capable of obtaining and maintaining a VA Low/NACI background investigation.
• Preferred experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium in a senior analyst or informatics lead role.
• Preferred experience in supporting VHA or EHRM deployment and post-go-live operations.
• Preferred experience in leading clinical decision support or terminology management workstreams.
• A clinical background or clinical informatics certification is preferred.
