📋 Description

• Design, implement, and provide NextGen EHR training programs, along with course materials and reference documentation for internal teams and participating health centers.

• Develop accessible job aids, "how-to" guides, toolkits, and educational materials.

• Keep abreast of federal and state healthcare regulations affecting Certified Electronic Health Record Technology (CEHRT).

• Deliver onsite and virtual training, consultation, and technical support to both clinical and non-clinical users.

• Assess the effectiveness of training and regularly update content to align with the changing needs of clients and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Information Technology, or a related discipline, or a minimum of 5 years of experience with NextGen software.

• At least 2 years of experience in EHR training and support for clinical users, including healthcare providers.

• Proficiency with NextGen EHR.

• NextGen EHR Certification (NCP).

• Dependable high-speed internet connection suitable for remote work.
